On 13th of March I started my training at Pos Malaysia as Customer Service. I thought the training was easy peasy but heack no. I never thought that the training was this longer until I finised my book!! Damnn this is just a Japanese short course or any French course ==" It was sooooo long and it was happen for a month. Imagine that for a month u just listening the trainer. And my trainer is having such deep voice and low that makes everyone sleeps all the way and one by one left the team. Idk why, maybe they got better offer I think or maybe the training class is too long. But yeah the way my trainer teach us was fine and we managed to understand and answer the test. Test? Yes there was a test. Imagine that ahhahahah.
During the one months we experienced everything like how pos malaysia customer react when the delivery was late, how to handle their anger when the items was ate, how to do the report, what is our part for the issue, and whatever happen in any situation and how to handle. I thought it was easy but as we go deeper, ALL of us got migrained siaaaa because its just stretch our head when we tried to understand deeper to read the result of the issues. Damn.
As time flew by the class ended and our first week training starts before we being judge by our QA for our call and how we responds to the customers. Then luckily I passed it well and my QA said she was impressed on how Im handling customer because the way I spoke that was so confident and she said I didnt mumbling around and she said avoid from using "bahasa pasar" like "kitorang or diorang" hahahahaaha deheck I didnt realise I used that during conversation . Hahahahaha terbiasa kot hahahhahahahh!! Feel like its so funny I talk like that.
This is all about the training and how do I start. So on next post Im gonna wrote about the company much more hehehehe ~~~
